20g medium-coarse, 180g water, 120g ice. Bloom, then two more pours. Most ice should have melted; pour into a fresh glass with ice.

Steps

1. 0:00 — pour 50g to bloom.

2. Wait 45 seconds.

3. Pour 70g (120 total).

4. Wait 45 seconds.

5. Pour 60g (180 total).

6. Wait 45 seconds.

7. Most ice melted. Pour into a fresh glass with ice.
